Laura Posada to Speak at Healthy Kids Day in Berkeley Heights
Laura Posada, wife of four-time World Champion Yankee catcher Jorge will be the guest speaker at this years “Healthy Kids Day” on April 12th from 2-4pm at the Berkeley Heights YMCA. This event which is being organized and promoted by the Junior League of Summit is free of charge and is open to parents and children of all ages. The purpose of the event is to educate both children and parents on the importance of exercise and healthy eating. Children and Parents will enjoy the planned games and activities designed to promote nutritional awareness and healthy eating.
