2007 3rd Quarter (NAR) New Jersey Home Sales Report
The National Association of Realtors 3rd Quarter New Jersey Home Sales Report for 2007 analyzes and compares home sales by county, number of bedrooms, resale activity, affordability, and year. This report illustrates NJ Real Estate market conditions by both county and region and shows that some areas are much stronger then others. For example, Union County compared to the same period in 2006, home sales prices actually rose by 3.5% while Monmouth and Ocean counties declined by 31.77%. North Jersey had the highest median sales price at $474, 900, while South Jersey homes sales averaged $243,900. The NJ State median sales price was $356,700.
