Summit NJ will celebrate it’s 14Th annual Red Ribbon Celebration October 18- November 2, 2007. Trees around town will be decorated with red ribbons in remembrance of D.E.A agent Enrique “Kiki” Camarena who was murdered by drug traffickers in February 1985.
