Summit, NJ Solds for July 2007

For those interested in real estate statistics for Summit, NJ and it’s neighboring towns, they will be published monthly on Summit Today, as well as in my column for the Alternative Press ”Today in Real Estate”. Monthly solds for July were based on information obtained from the GSMLS. For the month of July, there were 32 properties that closed in the City of Summit, with an average sales price of $1,165,687.00 and an average days on the market of 63 days.
