Home Sales Remain Strong Along The Rail Line
In a recent report by the Home News Tribune, real estate analysts have determined that Home Sales are still strong along the rail line. There are many economic factors that effect the housing market. We hear on a daily basis about foreclosures, interest rates and the problems associated with sub prime mortgages. What we read in the papers and see on TV paints a picture of gloom for sellers trying to sell their homes. What we need to remember is that the market is in a period of correction and that there are always going to be buyers out there willing to spend more money to live in good towns. There is also the commuter factor where as in areas such as Summit, New Jersey, buyers are moving out of the more expensive NYC market and looking for homes along the rail line where there is an easy commute in and out of the city.
